I use a collaborative framework in therapy, working with clients to identify and address their concerns and goals. I use techniques such as acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or motivational interviewing to support clients in making positive changes.
Individual Therapy
I use a client-centered, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed approach in individual therapy, tailoring each session to the individual. I strive to create a safe and empowering environment for learning, healing, and growth.
Family Therapy
I assist families in improving communication and well-being by addressing issues in the family dynamic. The goal of family therapy is to improve the functioning and well-being of all family members.
Couples Therapy
I assist couples in improving their relationship and resolving conflicts. I work with partners to explore and understand their relationship dynamics, identify problems, and develop strategies to address them. Sessions may focus on specific issues or be more general in nature.
Psychological Testing
I provide quick, efficient ADHD testing with fast report turnaround times, ensuring you receive the documentation needed for work or school accommodations without delay.

Initial Phone Consultation
Rate: $0
Individual Therapy
Rate: $250-$300
Couples and Group Therapy Rate: $300-350
Insurance
I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) of Massachusetts PPO insurance and self-pay clients. For all other insurance companies, I am considered an out-of-network provider, which means I do not directly accept other insurance plans as part of my practice. I can provide superbills for your records upon request. Superbills are detailed invoices that outline the services you received that you can submit directly to your insurance to request reimbursement. Whether your insurance provider will reimburse you for an out-of-network provider depends on your plan and you are advised to contact your insurance provider directly for details about reimbursement for services.
Payment
I accept credit/debit cards. Payment can be made via a secure platform.
